Hi, I’m Britni—and I’m really glad you’re here.
I love making people laugh, telling a good story, and helping bring ideas to life in a way that actually connects.
I started my career in the arts at 18, running a musical theater company as an owner, director, and producer. That experience shaped how I see everything now—story, leadership, and how people experience something, not just see it.
Over the years, that grew into building multiple businesses alongside Jeremy, including our wedding brand where I’ve had the honor of serving couples through photography and film. I still love being behind the camera just as much as I love directing what’s happening in front of it.
Today, through Girard Creative, I focus on creative direction, communication, and helping people get clear on what they’re building. I thrive in planning, styling, and bringing structure to ideas—turning vision into something people can actually move forward with.
I also have a deep love for working with couples—not just capturing their story, but helping them build something strong together through intentional conversations and support.
Behind the scenes, I’m a systems person at heart. I love creating rhythms and repeatable processes in both business and home life—it’s one of the ways I’ve learned to balance a lot without burning out.
And while I’m not fully there yet, I’m a little “homestead-ish” at heart—drawn to building a life that feels grounded, intentional, and connected.
At the end of the day, I care about helping people build something meaningful—a business, a relationship, or a life that actually feels aligned.

Hey—Jeremy here.
I’m the filmmaker, photographer, and resident gear guy behind Girard Creative. And getting to build this alongside my wife Britni is honestly one of the greatest parts of my life.
We’ve built businesses together, worked through a lot of seasons, and learned what it actually looks like to lead, create, and stay connected in the middle of it all. That’s a big part of why the work we do now matters so much to me.
Before stepping fully into consulting and creative work, I spent over 20 years in full-time ministry primarily as a Worship and Creative Arts Pastor. That season shaped how I lead, how I communicate, and how I care for people—whether I’m working with a team, a couple, or a business owner trying to figure out what’s next.
These days, my work sits at the intersection of storytelling, leadership, and music. I love helping people uncover what matters, communicate it clearly, and bring it to life—whether that’s through film, strategy, or a conversation that shifts everything.
You’ll usually find me behind the camera on shoot days, managing all things tech and production, or somewhere with a guitar in hand—because music will always be part of who I am.
And just as important as any of that—Britni and I are passionate about strong marriages. Getting to walk with couples through premarital counseling, coaching, and real conversations about life and leadership is some of the most meaningful work we get to do.

Asher is our oldest boy, tender hearted and so creative.
Landon is our middle boy, the witty joker.
Aria is our little girl. And no we didn't name her after Game of Thrones. We're music people and the name was picked way before GOT became a show. But she is absolutely a wildflower and the perfect exclamation point to our family.
